The Internet - Helping A Child Achieve A Dream

August 30th, 2008   posted by admin in Helping Others

Some kids are born into this world with unfortunate circumstances facing them from the get go. Some are facing poverty, deformations, useless parents, and more. The children really have no way of achieving their goals in life without the help of others. People who care enough to help others who aren’t exactly part of their own family. I’ll never forget when I was about 9 years old playing city little league baseball we had two guys on our team that were from a local orphanage. Their parents had abused them and really made life extremely hard for them growing up. When I met the guys I felt an overwhelming since of compassion for each of them. I knew they had been through a lot, yet here they were doing the same thing I was doing, having fun. That was made possible by their foster parents, who didn’t have a lot of money, but had great hearts. I immediately asked my parents if I could get them each their own baseball glove and bat, and my parents were more than happy to let me help them.

You see people helping people is what makes our world a wonderful place. People who are self centered and could care less about others are not helping our world become a better place. I recently came across a story on MySpace.com that blew my mind, and I am going to share it with you right now. I read about a child, James, who has Leukemia. James and dad setup a MySpace because James wish was to have 1 million friends on MySpace, and spread the world about childhood leukaemia to everyone around the world. You know most kids want to meet a sports star, or going on a shopping spree, or even go to Disneyworld. What does James want to do? Simply have 1 million MySpace friends, and be the most popular little boy in the world. In order to do that he needs some help. He needs people, such as me, to spread the word about him, his story, and his simple wish. Why not help this little guy out? Help him achieve a goal so we can instill in him that dreams and goals can be achieved. If this little guy can get 1 million friends, in my opinion he can beat Leukaemia.

Inspiration - Something We All Need

August 24th, 2008   posted by admin in Entrepreneurship

I know many people look at me and say “if I could only get to where he’s at I would be content in life”. The fact is that “contentment” is actually the killer of entrepreneurialism, and success. In order to be successful you must always strive to be better, smarter, and well more successful in everything that you do. Sometimes I personally find it hard to really be driven to do more than I have already done, which after all isn’t too bad for someone my age. When I get to that point I always look for something or someone to inspire me to achieve greater things. Recently I did a Google search for young entrepreneurs and I was blown away at what I found in the results list. I knew of a few other young entrepreneurs like Cameron Johnson (his book You Call The Shots is one I highly suggest you read). What I did not realize is there were so many other people under 25 years old that were successful, and some of them beyond the level of success I have realized. This obviously has inspired me to do more, and never stop striving for growth.

Some of the people I suggest you read about are guys like Sean Belnick who started www.BizChairs.com and has generated literally millions of dollars selling business chairs on the internet, and he’s only 20. What about Ryan Allis, 23, who started www.iContact.com his company is on pace to do about 10 million dollars in revenue in 2008.

Honestly all you need to be successful in business is motivation to succeed. I talk about 12 key principles to entrepreneurship in my new book, The Hidden Millionaire, and one of the main ones is don’t be content and always look for ways to stay motivated. If reading about 20 and 23 year old multi-millionaire’s isn’t enough to motivate you I honestly don’t know what is. Their stories even motivated me, and I am in the same category as they are at this point in my life.

2007 Lessons Learned & Reflections

August 23rd, 2008   posted by admin in Year Reviews

I have to say the year 2007 was absolutely wonderful for myself, as well as my family. This year was a very special year in my life. 2007 saw me launch my first company “outside the internet box” as I typically call it at my speaking events. In January 2007 I launched Affiliate Income, Inc. with one goal in mind, help educate people around our country on how to earn money, be successful, and become an internet entrepreneur. The task seemed hard, however, the agenda seemed so easy.

I honestly never expected to be so successful so quickly with Affiliate Income, Inc. In our first year, 2007, we saw almost 10,000 people accross 10 different states at our live events. We were able to educate people of all ages, races, gender, and backgrounds on what it takes to become an internet entrepreneur. Some of our students have gone on to create their own internet businesses, and some have utilized the system and methods we introduced to them at our events. I now have students making thousands of dollars each month, which was exactly my goal from the get go.

In 2007, Anthony Morrison, stepped outside the internet box, and into the real world. The world of business as most of you know it already. A world where people will say negative things about you just because it seems like a great idea at the time, or they are jealous of your accomplishments. I realized really fast that some people immediately look for the negatives in every situation, and for those people I honestly pray for their own minds to open up because only then can they become independently successful.

I met thousands of people, and traveled the country while building a business that has become extremely successful. I feel blessed beyond my years, and I truely appreciate everything I have accomplished. My goal for 2008 is simple. Affiliate Income, Inc. will launch new products, new classes, and expand into new arenas to educate the people of this wonderful country, and provide them all with an opportunity for entrepreneurial success.
